Can we book as a group?
We promote solo travelling and the backpacking community, so group bookings are restricted to a maximum of 4 guests.
What is the cancellation policy?
Inform us 2 weeks prior to your day of arrival to cancel and receive a full refund of the advance. In all other cases you can reschedule your booking to a later date or gift it to a friend. Once your course has started there are no refunds for absence.
Are discounts possible?
All rates are fixed and non-negotiable.
Are prices inclusive of GST?
Yes, all package rates are inclusive of GST.
What are the additional night charges?
Additional nights include lunch. Classic Hostel ₹1,500 per night (AC), Backpackers Hostel ₹800 per night (AC), Heritage Home ₹600 per night (non-AC). An additional surf lesson is ₹1,500 per day.
Can I pick my own dates?
Yes — choose any start date you prefer, subject to bed availability.
When should I book?
Don’t leave it late — you need to book a minimum of 2 weeks in advance for a confirmed slot. Bookings for the next day close at 12pm. Walk-ins and spot bookings are strictly not entertained.
How much do I pay to book?
Surf + stay packages need 50% advance to confirm your slot. Packages where you stay outside and only take surf lessons need 100% advance.
What’s included in the package?
Surf lessons, dorm bed stay, lunch, pickup and drop for surf lessons, and all hostel amenities. Rates are GST inclusive.
